Silver Sneakers
Silver Sneakers is a wellness program available to most Medicare supplement plans, regardless of carrier. Through SilverSneakers, you have access to:
Local and national gyms
In-person fitness classes
Live and on-demand virtual workouts
All included at no extra cost. Not all supplement plans are eligible for Silver Sneakers, so make sure to verify your eligibility by visiting the link below to confirm if it’s offered with your plan.
Blue Cross Blue Shield - Blue365
Blue365, while not exclusive to Medicare, is a wellness program available to anyone with a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan. Blue365 is a discount program that provides users with access to in-person and virtual fitness classes at a discounted rate, as well as discounts on additional services, including meal plans, athletic gear, vitamins, and more. Mutual of Omaha - Mutual Perks
Medicare users on a Mutual of Omaha supplement plan have access to the Mutual Perks program. Mutual Perks offers not only health and fitness perks, but also benefits on vision, hearing, mortgage, and storage services. AARP - Wellness Extras
Available through UnitedHealthcare, AARP Wellness Extras offers supplement users health and wellness benefits, including:
A no-cost gym membership

Access to a 24/7 nurse hotline
