Taking Advantage of Your Carrier's Wellness Perks
Taking care of your health doesn't stop at doctor visits. Many health insurance carriers now offer wellness perks, such as gym memberships, digital fitness platforms, and dental and vision discounts. The best part? You probably already have access to these benefits through your health plan.
Whether you're on a group plan through work or have an individual plan, many of these wellness benefits are included at no extra cost or a steep discount. Here's a breakdown of some of the wellness programs available through major insurers — and how to take advantage of them.
