RxDC reporting Deadline: Group Clients at Risk of Fines if Reporting is Not Completed by 6/1

URGENT ALERT FOR GROUP CLIENTS: If you have not submitted your RxDC reporting yet, you have until June 1st to do so without penalty. After that, you risk being fined up to $100 per day it is not submitted. To do so, you must submit directly with the The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) application. If you have not registered with the HIOS already, it may take 1-2 weeks for your HIOS RxDC access requests to be approved, so make sure you start early.
